In order to save a case you'll need to be logged into the Google Chrome plugin. You can log in by clicking the CiteRight icon on your Chrome browser ()
In Microsoft Word, logging into CiteRight is as simple as clicking on the CiteRight tab and selecting the Open CiteRight button. A side panel will then open on the side to allow you to input your credentials.
Please note, that unless you log out of your CiteRight account in Microsoft Word, you are automatically logged in and will only be required to enter a client matter number for documents that do not already have one.
