A client-matter number can be attached to a document in two ways. The first is by adding it in the "client-matter number" field which appears upon logging into CiteRight in a Microsoft Word document.
The second way to add a client-matter number is by clicking "Preferences" in the CiteRight Ribbon at the top of your document.
After the preferences window opens you will the field to insert a client matter number is the last option. Include your client matter number and click save.
