Sometimes CiteRight encounters issues when installing for the first time. This can happen for two main reasons:
- Antivirus software is blocking the installation files from being saved on your computer
- System admin privileges are required to complete the install (please note that this is only an issue when you are part of a larger office that has a dedicated IT administrator)
In order to complete the installation, simply reach our to your IT department or disable the anitvirus software for installation only. Re-enabling it after the installation will not affect the actual use of CiteRight.
