If you are seeing a spinning "Loading" message, your session may have timed out. Reloading the page will direct you to the login screen in browser plugin. Once you login, the system will immediately start saving the case.
You can also reset the plugin by clicking the log out button in the browser plugin. Once you log out you can log back in and the case will immediately start saving.
If when you log out, you still see the loading screen, please contact customer service as this could mean the case contains an incompatibility or that we simply do not support the site just yet. Press the question mark icon to be directed to our help desk where you can submit a request.
Suggested required information for support ticket:
- URL of the case
- Name of the case
