CiteRight is generally able to identify content and paragraphs reliably but on occasion the paragraphs and content are not easily recognizable by our parsers. Specifically, cases downloaded from the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board (HPARB) available on CanLII contain many variations of paragraph and content identifiers that results in inconsistent appearance when displayed in CiteRight.
For cases from HPARB, please allow up to 4 hours while we correct the formatting in the background. Once we're done we'll re-upload it to your library.
If you have not downloaded the case from HPARB and you still observe case content issues, please reach out to support right away and we will get it sorted out for you.
Required information for expedited processing:
- Name and citation of case
- Your Company Name
- The source where you downloaded the case (Westlaw, CanLII etc.)
- A brief description of the issue you are observing
- If paragraph specific, please indicate the paragraph(s) affected
