Account managers can change their company billing information on the CiteRight web application at any time. This article will explain how to change your billing information, and how to change or cancel your CiteRight plan.
Changing your billing info on the web application
- Log into your admin account on the CiteRight web application.
- Click the dropdown menu next to your name in the top right corner of the site. Select Billing.
- You will be prompted by a pop-up, where you can select to view and change your CiteRight plan, Account Information, Billing & Shipping Addresses, Payment Methods, and Billing History. For all changes made, Update to secure your changes.
Canceling your CiteRight plan
1. Select your plan.
2. Click Remove scheduled cancellation to cancel your plan.
